We, at Champagne Sailing appreciate the weather is not always perfect…
As many of our guest are only visiting the Gold Coast for one day or night our mantra has always been – “We sail rain, hail and shine”.
Except in extreme cases, If you want to go, we will go. We can always sail as this is a calm water cruise and we have a covered area in case of showers.
Having said that, If you communicate your weather concerns with us in the days before or on the morning of the cruise we are happy to reschedule subject to availability. No Shows, last minute ( within 24hrs ) or more than once rescheduling, unrelated to weather may incur a $50 re booking fee.
If you are visiting from far away and can not return, we are happy to refund any pre payment made directly to us. Bookings through agents are non refundable.
What about vouchers?
Our Vouchers are valid for 12months. (extendable at our discretion). Vouchers are transferable, so If you can’t use it, give it to a friend. Vouchers are not transferable for cash.
What about deposits?
Deposits for Private charters, Lunch or Dinner cruises & Exclusive cruises for two are also refundable if plans change 48hr before cruise or in the event of extreme weather.
What about late cancellations?
Late cancellations ( within 48hrs of your booking ) or no shows, may result in loss of deposit.
